1. The following terms and conditions govern the use by the Hotelier of the Electronic Means of Payment provided by the Customer in relation to his reservation for stay at Accomodation through the booking platform indicated on the website kaelapoolvillas.gr.
2. All terms herein in capital letters refer to the definition contained in the text “KAELA ACCOMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS”.
3. The Customer by providing his/her EmoP details authorizes Hotelier to charge it in accordance with the booking conditions and cancellation policy.
4. Unless otherwise specified in the Accomodation rate (e.g. in the case of a “non-refundable rate”), a cancellation policy of 30 days applies, i.e. if the Customer cancels the reservation up to 30 days (including) before the start date of the stay period, then no charge is made and the parties are considered free of any obligation.
5. Hotelier is entitled to charge EMoP whenever after the free cancellation date.
6. Hotelier is under no obligation to notify the customer in case of EMoP’s charging inability. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide EMoP chargeable for the booking.
8. No cancellation is recognized if it was not made in the same way as the booking.
9. The Customer acknowledges that Hotelier in cooperation with the partner banks has made every effort so that the details of the electronic means of payment provided by the Customer cannot be leaked to third parties with malicious actions. However, since the risk of malicious attacks cannot be ruled out, the Customer declares that Hotelier will be liable only for fraud.
10. The Customer authorizes Hotelier to charge the provided EMoP for the compensation of any damage it has caused to the infrastructure or to the reputation of Accomodation by deceit or gross negligence.
11. This legal relationship is governed by the law of the Hellenic Republic and for any dispute that arises, as long as it is not settled amicably, the courts of Thessaloniki (Hellenic Republic) are designated competent.
12. The T&C hereof were formulated with the advisory assistance of the AKTIUS Law Firm (Thessaloniki).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible – 30 Days (General)
- The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 30 days before arrival.
If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Non-Refundable
If the guest uses the code PREPAY10:
- The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation regardless of when they cancel.
